Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you book Mully & Lou's for your event.

Introduction

These terms apply to all bookings and catering services provided by Mully & Lou's ("we", "us", "our"). By placing a booking or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Lead Time

We ask for a minimum of two weeks' notice for most events, and four or more weeks for weddings and large functions, so we can plan and prepare properly. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

Deposits & Payment

A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

Minimum Spend

There is no minimum on our pay-as-you-go Base Menu — you pay only for what your guests order. Packaged events carry their own guest minimums, which we'll confirm with your quote.

Guest Numbers & Menu Changes

Final guest numbers and menu selections should be confirmed in good time before your event. Dietary alternatives, extra dishes, kids' meals and entrée platters are available on enquiry and may affect the final cost.

Service Area & Travel

We cater across Meadow Springs, Mandurah and surrounds. A travel fee may apply for events located beyond 30 km of our Meadow Springs base. Any travel fee will be included in your quote.

Dietary & Allergens

We accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary needs where possible — please let us know when you enquire. While we take care with dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Our Service

We provide on-site catering served hot, with a buffet or stall setup. We'll arrive, set up and serve as agreed for your event.
