Two weeks' notice is the minimum for most events. For weddings and large functions, we ask for four or more weeks so we can plan everything properly.

A 25% deposit locks in your booking, with the balance due 7 days before your event.

Is there a minimum spend?

There's no minimum on our pay-as-you-go Base Menu — you only pay for what your guests order. Packaged events have a minimum guest count that varies by package — request a quote and we'll confirm the details.

How is the food served?

We cater on-site and serve everything hot, with either a buffet or stall setup depending on your event.

Which areas do you cover?

We serve Meadow Springs, Mandurah and surrounds. A travel fee may apply for events beyond 30 km of our Meadow Springs base.

Do you cater both casual and formal events?

Yes — we're equally at home serving fast from the van at a school carnival or catering a full wedding reception. Same quality, every time.

Yes. We accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary needs — just let us know when you enquire.

Can the menu be customised?

Absolutely. Dietary alternatives, extra dishes, kids' meals and entrée platters are all available on enquiry, so we can shape the spread around your day.

What if I want dessert beyond the fruit platter?

We can sort that — desserts beyond the fruit platter are arranged through a quick chat rather than the instant quote.

Is there a minimum for school or club events?

No catering minimum on the van menu — order by the item or grab a meal deal. You can order on the day or pre-book for your event.
